Qiu Lianggong Ancestral House

Qiu Lianggong Ancestral House

This building is the ancestral home of Qiu Lianggong, located along the middle section of Wujiang Street in Jincheng Township. Preserved inside are a square bronze mirror and two dragon-carved imperial edict stones, 61 cm tall and 85 cm wide, with the two carved characters for "imperial edict" each measuring 12 cm square. It is said that after Qiu rose to noble rank, the emperor, hearing that his family home was humble, granted him a noble residence and bestowed the two edict stones, intended for the archway before the mansion's main gate. The building is a single-courtyard house with four side chambers, a left wing extension, and an enclosing wall.
