Uniquely springy fresh pasta. Ever since watching Culinary Class Wars, we've been craving pasta—and as it happens, PASTA de SHOW's second branch opened on Beida Road in May this year. It's a fresh-pasta kitchen run by a Japanese chef; the first branch, next to Xinzhuang Park in East District, has always done brisk business. Like the original, at the second branch you order at a machine by the door, with sauces grouped into basic, Japanese-style, meat sauce, and specialty; for the fresh noodles you can choose thin or wide. According to the shop, fresh pasta is 'different from the dried pasta most people know'—Italian 'fresh noodles'
