Hotel Indigo Alishan sits at the 58 km mark of the Alishan Highway, the first gateway into the Alishan forest. The entire building is a Gold-level certified green building that pays tribute to Alishan. Its stone-wall facade and lattice design take inspiration from the cypress carriages of the Alishan Forest Railway, giving the building the look of a train.
