We sit on a bay in southeastern Taiwan, where a natural mix of rocky shore and sandy beach softens the sound of the waves. Because the waves here seem silent, locals call it the "Mute Sea" (啞吧海). This quiet fishing village is clean, cozy and relaxing, and Jialeshui Beach is just a few steps away.
