Yuansu B&B (原宿民宿)
"Where human dwellings end, the water still meets the sky." This line describes Ita Thao perfectly. Sun Moon Lake is beautifully scenic. In the past, the Thao people lived around its island, with lake and mountain views, canoes coming and going, and the sound of pestles and songs rising among the drifting clouds and water, which earned it a reputation as a world apart. This B&B was built by members of the Thao tribe. Its design is mainly Indigenous in style, and its mascot is the owl, which you can spot everywhere from the signboard to the lobby murals. Wood elements that evoke nature and colorful traditional Indigenous motifs give the place a fresh, natural feel. Guest rooms are named with traditional words from the Indigenous language, and a full wall
