Mumu Inn

Mumu sits in a quiet lane off Anping Road, which links central Tainan with Anping Fort. It is newly built and was a designer's home. Its steel-frame structure has an industrial style that still feels warm. The canal flows slowly and quietly past the passing cars and pedestrians. Morning and evening sunlight shimmers on the water and guides travelers along the canal toward historic Anping Harbor. Simple white and industrial black complement each other. An old longan tree stands in the courtyard, and room was left for it to grow, giving travelers a touch of green outside the window. When the tree is full of fruit, guests can taste freshly picked longans. You may also spot the cat house in the rear building, where the cats relax on the deck in the southern breeze and sunshine.
