A parking lot out front offers free parking for tour buses or 4–9 cars, and receipts can be issued. It suits families, students and company groups, whether self-driving or coming by bus. The Aegean Sea House is mainly rented as a whole property. The building is split into the Aegean Sea main house and the Windmill House, but both are rented together, to only one group of guests at a time
