Shui'an Mingzhu (水岸明珠)

Shui'an Mingzhu sits atop the mountains of Nanzhuang, Miaoli, standing alone like a rare pearl. In front, the Zhonggang River and Penglai River converge, offering a full panoramic view of Nanzhuang Old Street. Watch the suspension bridge and flowing water, or sit and admire the layered mountains; it is well worth pausing to savor the ever-changing beauty of nature. Behind, the B&B is embraced by the natural forests of Shenzhuo Mountain, and on the left lies a natural rock wall hundreds of feet high within arm's reach, with ancient trails winding through it. Along the way are sights unique to the area, such as the old mine entrance, Lovers' Valley and the Yamading Historic Trail. The forest is beautiful and rich in wildlife: look up and you may see flocks of little blue fairies (Taiwan blue magpies) dancing among the trees, or stroll through the woods and unexpectedly encounter a pangolin
