Shangri-La Leisure B&B

In February 2010, a stroke of orange appeared at the center of the Dongyin settlement's streets; it is hard to imagine this site was once an old house. Some twenty years ago, Chiu Wang-chuan, known locally as "Papa Xiang", opened the Xiangji snack shop on this street, whose warm service and Taiwanese-style dishes have long been praised by the soldiers stationed here. Out of love for Dongyin, and to give every visitor to Dongyin the most comfortable place to stay, from buying the land to the interior work he drew on European country-style architecture, and after many discussions with the designer chose carved sandstone and sprayed plaster, materials that are both waterproof and heat-dissipating, to build this house named Shangri-La Lei
