Salmon Homecoming B&B (鮭魚歸魚民宿)

Salmon are born at the headwaters of rivers and swim toward the sea as they grow. Though they can live freely in the ocean, in their final season they fight their way back to their birthplace to spawn in fresh water, and eventually die there. The owner, "Salmon," returned to their birthplace in Hualien to serve travelers, hoping to share the scenery and stories of Hualien with a sincere heart. Staying at Salmon feels like coming home. Located in a quiet neighborhood of Hualien City, Salmon Homecoming was built by a returning local together with family. The interior design was planned entirely by the owners, and every corner is richly decorated.
