Yan She Leisure B&B (鹽舍休閒民宿)

Between 1976 and 1981, Taiwan Salt Company built housing for salt workers in Beimen and Jingzijiao to care for the salt-making community. In 1981, a row of two buildings totaling 12 households, commonly known as the "12 Households," was built on the north side of the Jingzijiao village temple. Since most of the buyers were salt workers and the houses had been lived in by them, the place was named "Yan She" (Salt House). Jingzijiao is a simple, rustic countryside area with sunsets, salt fields, and rich birdlife and ecology, letting visitors set aside the busy pace of the city and experience the relaxed, slow-paced life of the local residents.
