Hao Ke Sanxing B&B (好客三星民宿)

City dwellers move to the hurried rhythm of urban life, and even on a rare day off they can never quite escape the noise and bustle of a society that seems impossible to change. Taiwan has beautiful mountains and waters, yet it is a shame to waste so much time on the road just to reach them. Then we discovered Yilan. Sanxing sits between the mountains and the sea, with endless rice paddies, and limits on building spacing and height keep the views wide open. The Xingjian River and Annong River flow nearby, making for a lovely setting. This is a place where kindred spirits gather. It is not grand or luxurious, but it is comfortable and understated, with a touch of culture, recreation, and leisure. For families, friends, companies, and groups of all kinds, it is the perfect place to unwind, take a holiday, and recharge.
