Years of hustling brought decent returns but cost me my health and inner life. I asked myself: life is short, how can it be wasted? I often recalled the busy, stressful years in the urban jungles of northern, central and southern Taiwan, the work pressure and the suffocating, draining pace of city living, and so I picked up my old dream of returning home to run a B&B. The slow, easygoing, uncompetitive way of life in Penghu is my greatest motivation. Through this B&B, I hope to make friends from all over, share the beauty of Penghu, and enjoy a new life that is relaxed, slow and leisurely.
