Cingjing Giethoorn Country B&B

We often go up the mountain. Not to reach a summit, and not to escape anything. It's just that when the car drives into Cingjing, with the clouds drifting low and the wind brushing past the windows, the pace of life slows down. One time, we spontaneously pulled over by Livestock Trail No. 6 at the 10K mark of Provincial Highway 14A. We only meant to get out, stretch our legs, and feel the breeze. Within a few minutes of walking, we came upon this corner. The meadow spread out quietly, with sunlight falling on the mountain ridgeline not far away. No one spoke, but in that moment it seemed everyone understood — this place is different from anywhere else. A year later, we passed by again. The meadow was still there, and so was the wind. So we stayed.
