Nistay (好待)

Nistay is an old house built in 1980 and fully renovated in 2016 — only the old windows and exterior walls reveal its age. Every room has its own air conditioner and electric water heater, and all furniture, appliances, and bedding are brand new. There are no grand mountain or sea views here; Nistay sits at the end of Doulan 5th Street beside a school wall, away from road traffic. On quiet nights you hear only birds and frogs, plus the school bell in the morning. It has a private parking lot with 24-hour surveillance and is close to the evening market, PX Mart, household goods stores, 24-hour convenience stores (7-Eleven, FamilyMart), McDonald's, and plenty of breakfast shops, drink stands, bento shops, and noodle shops.
