Chengshe Backpackers International Youth Hostel

Chengshe is a legally licensed hotel operating as a youth hostel, located right next to the pedestrian zone of Ximending, Taipei's trendiest and liveliest district, home to countless shops, street food stalls, clothing stores, cinemas, and even decades-old establishments. Ximending offers not only endless eating, drinking, and entertainment, but also century-old historic buildings around every corner. It is only about a five-minute walk from Chengshe to Ximen MRT Station, about one minute on foot to the airport bus stop, and just a five-minute drive to Taipei Main Station. Originally an old building, Chengshe was fully renovated in 2010, presenting a Baroque-inspired overall style.
