Gou Mama's House B&B

"Gou Mama" (Dog Mama) is Mama Ge's nickname—thanks to children with unclear diction and friends whose Mandarin wasn't quite standard, "Ge Mama" became "Gou Mama." Gou Mama is a strong, independent, brave and responsible woman. In her youth she endured enormous pressure to marry Gou Papa, and her unyielding character kept her from seeking help from her own family even through repeated hardship of poverty and illness. She gritted her teeth and persevered, and thanks to heaven's protection and the help of benefactors, the bitter days finally gave way to sweetness. Now living a prosperous and happy life, she constantly remembers the support she received along the way, and gratitude, cherishing one's blessings, and sharing became the family's guiding spirit. Based on this spirit, the family's children established a foundation in 2008.
