Yunlong Cottage B&B

Located at around the 63.5 km mark of Provincial Highway 18 (the Alishan Highway), Yunlong Cottage sits high in the mountains at an elevation of 1,500 meters. Thanks to the owner's careful conservation, it has become one of the most ecologically rich treasures of Taiwan's high mountains, with about 20 hectares of primeval forest. The farm is also home to many kinds of medicinal plants—wherever you wander, treasures and herbs are everywhere. Each season also brings precious delicacies and scenery that make visitors reluctant to leave. The guesthouse was converted from an old renovated farmhouse and finished with Taiwanese red cypress, so a faint cypress fragrance greets you as you step into the rooms.
