No. 8, Alley 2

About this Tainan B&B: No. 8, Alley 2 was built by Wang Hsiu-lien, Taiwan's first female architect. It has stood in a quiet lane of Tainan's old West Central District for nearly sixty years. The space inside the B&B is not large, but small as it is, it has everything you need—toiletries are fully provided, each space is completely private, and it is comfortable and clean. We have preserved the historical traces of the early architecture, from the staircase and cypress-wood windows to the pebble-washed floors, while adding new light-industrial elements through furnishings and some of the walls—a perfect blend of old and new, much like Tainan today! The nearby food will also leave you completely stuffed.
