Tarot Dawn B&B and café is located in downtown Taitung, about a 10-minute walk from the east coast. All guests enjoy a complimentary Western-style set meal. The name comes from the resident tarot reader — guests who would like a reading are welcome to ask, and the tarot reader will be happy to serve.
