2026 Xiaochi Land – Great Wind Blows Living Festival

The Penghu County Cultural Affairs Bureau will hold the '2026 Great Wind Blows Living Festival – Xiaochi Land' in Xiaochi Village, Baisha Township, from September 25 to October 4, 2026. Now in its third year, the festival takes 'wood' as its curatorial theme, linking cultural action, artistic creation and local participation. Through exhibitions, performances, workshops and art actions, it invites the public to step into Xiaochi and experience Penghu's unique local culture and everyday scenery. Launched by the Cultural Affairs Bureau in 2024, this year's festival builds on past curatorial experience, expanding cross-disciplinary collaboration and artist residencies, and inviting artists and performance groups into the community to interact with residents through creative exchange
