2026 Keelung Ocean Eagle Carnival

Themed on Keelung's unique maritime city culture, the event invites local communities, schools, performing arts groups and performers from Taiwan and abroad to parade together along the harbor, passing landmark spots such as Maritime Plaza, Keelung Miaokou and the East Coast mall before returning to Guomen Plaza, creating a lively, grand ocean tourism celebration.
