Promoting lighthouse tourism in line with the mountains-to-sea round-island policy, this low-carbon travel event drives lighthouse tourism by bike, integrating attractions across the Yunlin–Chiayi–Tainan coastal area along diverse cycling routes — the Mountains to Sea Greenway, seaside towns, history and culture, landscapes, food and signature tourism industries. It aims to shape marketing highlights for the Yunlin–Chiayi–Tainan coast, build a cycling tourism brand, and encourage domestic and international visitors to cycle to Guosheng Port Lighthouse at Taiwan's westernmost point and discover the coastal attractions of the region.
