2026 Xinshe Sea of Flowers and Taichung International Flower Carpet Festival

The Xinshe Sea of Flowers and Taichung International Flower Carpet Festival is the grandest floral celebration in central Taiwan, refined over the years into one of the island's leading, best-known flower and leisure-agriculture events. Promoting the flower industry is a local specialty of central Taiwan: through floral art installations and collaboration with communities and local industries, the festival links flowers, agricultural specialties, tourism and leisure into Taichung's signature industries, boosting local business opportunities, strengthening local industry capacity, deepening community development, fostering sustainable local self-reliance, tightening the tourism industry chain of the mountain townships, and attracting visitors from across Taiwan and abroad.
