2026–2027 Pingtung Luoshan Wind Art Festival
The Pingtung Luoshan Wind Art Festival takes place mainly at the "Windy Seaside Viewing Grounds" at Haikou Port in Checheng and the adjacent beach, using large-scale art installations and performances to showcase the wind and the character of the region.
