2026 Taoyuan Land Art Festival

Similar in concept to the mobility strategy of the European Capital of Culture (ECC), the Land Art Festival uses "movement" to awaken local awareness. Each year it selects a different exhibition area, using the festival to transform spaces, upgrade public infrastructure, and engage communities, inviting people to rediscover every corner of Taoyuan, while investment from the city government and private sector brings each district renewed recognition.
