2026 Keelung Ciao Art Festival

Held since 2015, the festival has expanded from Chaojing Park to the former Zhengbin Fishermen's Association building and the remains of the Agenna Shipyard, creating a distinctive museum on the sea. Rooted in care for the ocean, it inspires the public to reflect on the relationships between Keelung and the sea, and between art and the environment, rekindling local identity through art.
