2026 Sanyi Wood Carving Art Festival Series

The Sanyi Wood Carving Art Festival series emphasizes the mission of passing on the art of wood carving. The slow-living wood art carnival features live performances, wood carving demonstrations, hands-on woodcraft experiences, a cultural-creative market, slow-city tours, and tea ceremonies, creating a lively, interactive, family-friendly atmosphere and shaping the distinctive wood carving culture of the Sanyi slow city. Wood carving is Sanyi's most representative traditional cultural feature, and through the continuation of its techniques and forms, the classic craft endures.
