2026 Taichung Jazz Festival

With free-spirited improvisation and diverse musical styles performed in open spaces, the Taichung Jazz Festival reflects Taichung's relaxed, leisurely urban culture, drawing the public to outdoor arts and leisure activities and boosting nearby commerce and leisure tourism. Held since 2003, the festival runs for at least nine days on a top-tier outdoor theater-style stage, centered on Civic Square and Calligraphy Greenway. It attracts a million visitors each year and stands alongside Tokyo, Bangkok, and Seoul as one of Asia's four major jazz festivals.
