2026 East Coast Land Arts Festival & Moonlight Sea Concerts

Organized by the East Coast National Scenic Area Administration, the East Coast Land Arts Festival is built on the idea of "art growing from the land," inviting artists from Taiwan and abroad for on-site residencies where materials, landscape, and coastline resonate to express the East Coast's distinctive natural and cultural beauty—letting visitors feel the rhythm and scenery of East Coast life through art and find their own moment of pause. The festival has three pillars: first, artist-in-residence creations completed on site along the coast, blending art into the mountain-and-sea environment in tune with local life and culture; second, the Moonlight Sea Concerts, held to the accompaniment of moonlight and the sound of the tides.
