Hopeful Monsters is a visual object theatre piece inspired by the theory of evolution. In a playful way, the show presents the idea that "all life is made of the same basic building blocks." The work has no central character; its narrative flows between water, land and air, taking the audience on an unfamiliar yet captivating journey through nature. It is an evolutionary story told entirely with two hands. The hands move in unexpected ways
