This limited-edition "mystery box" banquet serves dishes from Tainan's mountains and sea, taking your taste buds on a tour of the old capital's flavors. The "Tainan Master Chef Four Seasons Banquet" series is themed around the four seasons. It combines local terroir, seasonal ingredients and the fine skills of master banquet chefs to showcase Tainan's most iconic banquet culture. The autumn session comes to the Beimen Visitor Center, surrounded by the atmosphere of the salt fields.
