2026 Taichung Hot Pot & BBQ Festival

The "Taichung Hot Pot & BBQ Festival" is Taichung's original themed brand event for hot pot and grilled food. It has successfully built the city's image as the "Capital of Hot Pot and BBQ" and put a spotlight on artisan eateries hidden in its alleys. Now in its 4th edition, over 600 hot pot, BBQ, and vegetarian restaurants are taking part, spanning famous brand-name restaurants and small alley shops, and a professional judging mechanism has been introduced for the first time to bring the event closer to genuine flavor and quality. Simply vote on your phone to join this citywide gourmet extravaganza, exploring Taichung's great flavors while getting a chance to win prizes.
