Taiwan's Largest Annual Cocktail Carnival

March 4–6: A four-city joint guest-shift series warms up the carnival. Ahead of the main event, international bartenders and Michelin-starred chefs will host guest shifts held simultaneously in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, and Kaohsiung. Cocktail lovers everywhere can enjoy world-class cocktails in all four cities from March 4 to 6—Taiwan's first simultaneous guest-shift series spanning this much of the country. Then on Saturday, March 7, the event reaches its climax with the Taichung Park Cocktail Market Carnival.
