2026 New Taipei Wetland Art Festival | Realm of Sprouting

The 2026 New Taipei Wetland Art Festival, "Realm of Sprouting," opens on Saturday, October 3. This year marks the 20th anniversary of the Xinhai Phase II Constructed Wetland. Following the spirit of 2025's "Journey of Seeds," the festival traces the path from a seed landing on the ground to sprouting and growing, and invites visitors to rediscover the ecological value and sustainability of wetlands in the city.
