Through the Illusion: Taiwan Original VR Exhibition on the Move

In collaboration with the Kaohsiung Film Archive, this exhibition presents four selected original Taiwanese VR works that together trace the development of VR creation in Taiwan: director Hsu Han-chiang's "Omnipotent Soul Palace Makeover (全能元神宮改造王)" likens the VR headset to a ritual instrument, using comedy and humor to break down the walls of technology and reflect on the VR form itself; the "Female Pirate (女海盜)" series puts women at the center of the narrative while its form bears witness to technological leaps, with Part 1 "Road to Fame" combining live action and animation and Part 2 "Survival Rules" introducing volumetric capture (4DViews) to deepen the storytelling through technology; Riverbed Theatre's "Silence" transforms the theater's "Open Room Project" into VR360, using the gaze…
