2026 New Taipei City Heibaiqie (黑白切)

Centered on the theme of "seeking flavors," this event promotes quality Taiwanese pork, inviting local eateries and New Taipei hotel restaurants to present creative pork dishes. On April 11–12, it features a whole-hog banquet, a market fair, and an award ceremony, inviting the public to join in and witness New Taipei's finest pork culinary masters.
