2026 New Taipei City Hakka Tung Blossom Festival | Tung Blossom Walk in Shiding

Every late spring and early summer, tung blossoms bloom across the mountains, drifting down like snow in the famous "May snow" scene. Shiding boasts rich forest landscapes and nature trails, and this event leads visitors into the mountain town through tung blossom eco-tours, challenge games, and cultural craft workshops to explore tung blossom and Hakka culture. Combined with the ecology of the Wutu River Trail and local guide resources, the fun, educational activities let participants learn about tung blossom culture, conservation, and Shiding's local character while enjoying the flowers and hiking, with hands-on crafts fostering family interaction and cultural experience.
