2026 New Taipei City Hakka Tung Blossom Festival | Tung Blossom Walk in Yingge

With spring in bloom, tung blossom season has arrived. This year, the New Taipei City Hakka Affairs Department and Yingge District Office jointly present the "Tung Blossom Walk in Yingge" spring tour. In partnership with the Yingge Citizens' Farm, the farm owner leads visitors on a hike along mountain and river trails with distant views of snow-white tung blossoms around Yuanshan Weir, while tasting handmade mochi and lei cha (ground tea) from local Hakka groups — a blend of rich Hakka culture and natural scenery.
