"The Land Carried by the Wind": You Ya-Chien (游雅茜) Solo Exhibition

This exhibition takes "the symbiosis and disappearance of the human body and nature" as its theme, with the artist exploring the subtle relationship between people and the environment through painting. In these works, the human figure is no longer merely an individual existence but a part of nature—fluid, fragile, and resilient. Lines, symbols, textures, and blocks of color act as extensions of the artist's body, moving between abstraction and figuration on the canvas and symbolizing the shared breath and resonance of people and the land. The inspiration comes from the artist's long-term observation of Tamsui New Town: urban development has steadily reduced the land, compressed green spaces, and erased habitats, rewriting the rhythms of land and nature.
