"Hsinchu Go" Launches New Routes – First 100 Guests at Partner Accommodations Get NT$1,000 Subsidy

The Hsinchu County Government continues to promote its "Hsinchu Go" travel brand, using a "follow the scent" concept to lead travelers in exploring the county's distinctive aromas and culture. This year it has launched four new routes — Wufeng, Beipu, Hengshan and Zhubei — and partnered with quality local accommodations to offer an NT$1,000 lodging subsidy limited to 100 guests, encouraging visitors to stay an extra night. At a press conference on the 5th, Magistrate Yang Wen-ke and county councilors lit up the "Scent Hotel" sign and announced that all four routes are now open for registration. Magistrate Yang noted that the program is now in its fourth year.
