Jurong Bird Park
Jurong Bird Park is a now-closed bird park built in 1971 on Jurong Hill in Singapore, covering about 20 hectares. The surrounding Jurong industrial area originally focused on heavy industry and later developed into a family entertainment hub. The park housed more than 600 species of birds, including birds of paradise, macaws and Andean condors. It was managed by Wildlife Reserves Singapore, alongside the Night Safari, Singapore Zoo and River Safari. On 13 October 2021, Mandai Wildlife Group announced the name of the park's successor in Mandai.
